We recently partnered with Ultrasound Energy for ultrasound-guided IV (USGIV) training for our nursing team at Advanced Care at Home, a division of American River Healthcare, and the experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish.
From the very first contact, Carissa was responsive and easy to work with. She reached out promptly, took the time to understand our team's specific needs, walked us through all our training options, and had a customized quote back to us within a day. Throughout the lead-up to training, she stayed in close communication, checking in regularly and making sure we had everything we needed before her arrival.
The training itself was thoughtfully structured. Carissa started our team with online coursework to build a foundational understanding, then followed up with an in-person session at our facility, working with our nurses in small 1:2 groups. This ratio made a huge difference—each nurse received personalized attention, had the opportunity to ask questions freely, and was able to practice hands-on technique under Carissa's direct observation to ensure proper form.
